GreenBoys - Updated!

Greenboys is a group for those born female-bodied or intersexed at birth, who embody some sort of masculine gender expression which may include, but is not limited to: ftm's, butches, tomboys, genderqueers, tg, daddies, etc.

This group is centered around activities and the lives of those living in the Olympia, Washington area and the pacific northwest, but those living elsewhere are welcome.

We meet twice a month, alternating between support group meetings and less formal social gatherings. The location changes.

We're really interested in having new people come. Interested, write and ask questions and we'll see if the group feels like a good fit.

SIGN stands for Self Identified Gender Nuisance and are for FTMs, those wondering/questioning/sorting-out, butches, etc.  The meetings happen the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at Ingersoll Gender Center, from 7:30 to 9:30.  The first Monday of the month meeting is especially welcoming of SOFFAs, but SOFFAs are welcome at the other meeting as well.

The meetings aren't official Ingersoll meetings, Ingersoll just lets us have them there. This invitation goes out to any other guys in the Seattle area, too.

Ingersoll is located at 1812 E. Madison, Seattle WA.

It's not a "label" or a "lifestyle". It's who we are. Announcing a Regional Butch/Femme Community Online! Butch-Femme.Com presents the Pacific Northwest Tribe of Femmes and Butches United (FABU), serving Oregon, Washington state, Alaska, Idaho, and Canada. Weare just getting the group (and the new web page) off the ground and would love to have other local area Butches and Femmes join our free, friendly mailing list to find kinship, stay abreast of updates, and to help plan gatherings.

This group is for folks who know they are butch or femme, or who think they might be. It is not for the debate of the existence of butches or femmes, nor is it for folks who want to discuss the need for "labels". It's not for folks who are into Femme/Femme, or Butch/Butch relationships. (Not a judgement if you are one of the above folks - itís just a very specific list!)

We embrace who we are and want to connect on more levels with others from our tribe. Butches and Femmes of the Pacific Northwest plan to get together for some real world bonding and fun this year. Don't miss out!
